Hearing loss lesson

Dangerous decibles
Today in block 2 we went to dangerous decibles we learnt a lot of new things there things that I never knew before and things that I never thought were possible, this lesson was based about teaching us to keep our ear safe when around loud noises. One thing that was very interesting to me was when I found out that in a classroom it is roughly about 70 decibles but then when the kids start yelling it changing to about 110 decibles with is a very dangerous reading.

Interesting facts
• I thought that it was quite interesting when I found out that frogs could grow the hair in their ears back when they damage their hearing.
• That we shouldn't use cotton buds to clean our ears because we could give ourselves impaired hearing because our ear drum is actually tissue thin and when could poke through it

1 thing I learnt was
•  That birds, fish, and frogs can all grow their hairs in their ears back

Something I will change
• Something I will change is I won't turn my music up so high now and im going to protect my ears more now as well
